I am available to represent attorneys in defending against bar complaints, to confidentially consult with attorneys in matters of professional responsibility and ethics, and to serve as an expert witness in matters involving the application of professional standards to attorney conduct. My expertise arises from my experience as a chief disciplinary counsel for the state bar of Utah, my seven year service on the Utah Supreme Court Committee on Professional  Responsibility, presenter at CLE programs and local bar associations on professional responsibility, representation of attorneys accused of misconduct, consulting work for attorneys in matters of ethical behaviour and the rules governing attorney conduct, a professor of professional responsibility from 2002-2006, and my passions for representing rightly my own clients and holding accountable litigation adversaries who seek to gain advantage through acts or omissions that they know violate the standards of the profession.

I am also available for confidential consultations on ethical matters with non-lawyers.
